New updates strengthen the company’s leadership in autonomous patching across Linux, Windows, and Mac environments
KIRKLAND, Wash. (July 10, 2025) – Adaptiva, a leader in autonomous endpoint management, today announced support for automated Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) patching. The company’s OneSite Patch product now supports autonomous patching across Windows, Mac, and leading Linux distributions. The added support for RHEL expands the company’s patch catalog to span more than 20,000 products and over 100,000 patches.
Enterprise-Grade Linux Support: Now Including Red Hat
As the most widely used paid Linux distribution in the enterprise, RHEL powers critical infrastructure in large-scale IT environments including many Fortune 500 organizations, financial institutions, and government agencies. Adaptiva OneSite Patch customers can now autonomously patch and manage RHEL endpoints with the same speed and precision they’ve come to expect across all supported platforms.
“Red Hat support is one of our most frequent enterprise requests,” said Dr. Deepak Kumar, Founder and CEO of Adaptiva. “With this advancement, Adaptiva eliminates one more barrier to total patch coverage, enabling our customers to manage all their endpoints with a single solution and drive compliance at scale. Now organizations can patch across their estate, including RHEL endpoints, with zero-effort and real-time visibility and control.”
Current Adaptiva OneSite Patch customers will automatically receive patches for RHEL systems without needing to install any additional software. Adaptiva OneSite Patch also supports autonomous patching for leading open-source Linux distributions, including Ubuntu, CentOS, and Debian.
Extensive Cross-platform Patch Catalog
Adaptiva’s extensive patch catalog includes support for today’s most widely used software products, including Google Chrome, Adobe Acrobat Reader, 7-Zip, and more. As patches are added to the system they continuously update in real-time within the OneSite Patch product to drive autonomous patching at scale. The patch catalog is continuously updated multiple times a day by Adaptiva’s dedicated metadata team. Customers can also request patches for specific applications or platforms, and the company will prioritize inclusion to ensure rapid coverage.
“Our customers manage complex, multi-platform environments, and they expect a patching experience that’s just as streamlined and informative as the systems they support,” said Chaz Spahn, Director of Product Management at Adaptiva. “Our extensive patch catalog empowers OneSite Patch to autonomously patch everything our customers need.”
