Is there an annual fee to be a partner? There is no annual fee required to become an Adaptiva partner. However, we expect at the minimum a viable and relevant opportunity to kick start the relationship.
Is there a certification requirement? No. As the partnership matures the partner will be offered access to Adaptiva Academy for training courses and supporting materials. If necessary, we will create a tailormade group training program to ensure partner pre-sales technical enablement.
What support can I count on? Adaptiva will provide technical support for all partner tiers. However, as the partnership matures, ideally the partner should provide L1 support and Adaptiva help out wherever necessary for deeper level support cases.
Is training available for Adaptiva products? Partners will be offered access to Adaptiva Academy for training courses and supporting materials.
