Company's Products, People and Partnerships Drive Expansion
SEATTLE — Jan. 27, 2021 — Adaptiva, a leading, global provider of endpoint management and security solutions for enterprise customers, today announced strong financial results for 2020. The company achieved 57% revenue growth over 2019, despite the challenges of doing business amid a global pandemic. Adaptiva has been able to excel across all aspects of its business by focusing on clear customer needs.
“I am proud of the Adaptiva team for responding so quickly to the COVID-19 pandemic — creating our pathbreaking Adaptiva OneSite Anywhere product in just three months and enabling our customers to adapt to the new normal,” said Adaptiva CEO and Founder Deepak Kumar. “Business agility and digital transformation are no longer buzzwords; they have become central to business continuity, and Adaptiva is well positioned to be the leading innovator at the forefront of these technologies.”
Product Innovation Drives Growth
Over the past year, Adaptiva introduced two new products, OneSite Intune Edition and OneSite Anywhere. These products were developed in response to the IT demands placed on systems when enterprises rapidly shifted to remote work and looked to accelerate digital transformation. Adaptiva’s OneSite Anywhere helps enterprises overcome content delivery challenges by integrating its award-winning peer-to-peer software distribution engine with Microsoft Intune. With its release, Adaptiva became the first and only third-party software delivery system that enables Intune to rapidly and securely scale to hundreds of thousands of endpoints.
OneSite Anywhere enables enterprises to receive software and other content updates at unprecedented speed and scale without overwhelming the corporate VPN and WAN/SD-WAN links or compromising network performance — only an internet connection is required. OneSite Anywhere effectively extends the boundaries of the enterprise network to cover the entire internet, allowing total visibility and control over all endpoints, regardless of where they are — in the office, at home or at a coffee shop. OneSite Anywhere delivers content from ConfigMgr, Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE almost instantly to work in any IT environment.
Additionally, Adaptiva expanded its Endpoint Health (previously Client Health) product, which automates endpoint health checks and remediates issues for clients and servers. The new Endpoint Health runs 111 health checks enterprise-wide within minutes. This includes several health checks devoted to patching, security and Windows 10 maintenance. The latest checks were created based on customer requests for an even wider range of specific, automated activities that can maximize service availability while reducing the inflow of support tickets.
People and Partners Expand Product Adoption
To get Adaptiva’s solutions into more enterprise IT departments worldwide, Adaptiva ramped up its channel program. The company secured a number of strategic channel partnerships that will increase Adaptiva’s global reach. Existing channel and MSP partnerships played a significant role in Adaptiva’s revenue growth.
Adaptiva also hired key sales personnel to handle increased demand. This includes Yong Kok Kee, who is leading the company’s expansion into Asia. Yong is based in Singapore, where Adaptiva has established a strong presence. The company also brought on government contracts expert Ryan Oliaee, as Adaptiva products gain traction within the federal government.
Additionally, Adaptiva solutions and support leaders Dan Richings, James Pitcher and Mark Dickson were rewarded for their outstanding work. Richings was promoted to senior vice president of product management, while Pitcher was named vice president of customer success, and Dickson moved from his post as senior solutions engineer to director of product management after this talented team achieved 100% customer satisfaction ratings every month for the past two years.
A Recognized Leader
2020 was also marked by several product and team awards. OneSite Anywhere received a BIG Innovation Award and is currently on the shortlist of the Cloud Awards for Best Hybrid Cloud Solution. OneSite Anywhere also claimed silver in the Golden Bridge Awards for Best New Product or Service. Adaptiva’s OneSite VMware Edition won an IT World Award for Best Product: Enterprise Mobility Management, and the company’s Endpoint Vulnerability Management solution won a Cyber Defense Magazine InfoSec Award for Endpoint Security.
The customer solutions team also received recognition for its outstanding customer service. It took away a Stevie Award, an IT World Award, an American Business Award, and a Customer Sales & Service World Award.
The company itself received an American Business Award for Achievement in Growth, underscoring that innovative products developed, sold and supported by industry experts leads to growth, regardless of the business climate.
