Adaptiva Wins Multiple Stevies in 2020 American Business Awards Company

SEATTLE — July 7, 2020 — Adaptiva, a leading, global provider of endpoint management and security solutions for enterprise customers, today announced it has received two silver Stevie® Awards as part of the 18th Annual American Business Awards®. Adaptiva was recognized in the Achievement in Growth and Achievement in Customer Satisfaction categories, both of which were added this year.

The American Business Awards are the U.S.A.’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations — public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small. Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word meaning “crowned,” the awards will be virtually presented to winners during a live event on Wednesday, August 5.

Adaptiva won in the Achievement in Growth category due to its ability to exhibit impressive growth across every aspect of its business. For example, Adaptiva’s year-over-year revenue growth was up by 30% in 2019 as it achieved 100% customer contract renewals with 100% customer satisfaction ratings. The company also closed its biggest customer deal in company history as well as its largest sales quarter. Additionally, Adaptiva broke into new vertical markets and built its deepest sales pipeline to date. On the product side, it introduced Endpoint Vulnerability Management and OneSite VMware Edition, all while rounding out its leadership team.

In the Achievement in Customer Satisfaction category, Adaptiva’s Global Customer Support and Solutions Team was recognized for its ability to meet the challenges associated with rapid growth. In the wake of introducing new products and features, the team faced a 33% increase in the number of support tickets generated. It successfully addressed these tickets without adding staff and maintained a 100% satisfaction rating from customers for 18 consecutive months. The team, comprised entirely of solutions architects, also lowered its median response time from 30 minutes to just 18 minutes while experiencing zero staff turnover.

More than 230 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners.
