Version 2026.2$$$Worksheet Crafter version 2026.2 was released in June 2026.$$$This update focusses on new features for digital whiteboards.$$$Boardwork$$$The new worksheet type boardwork allows you to create interactive content for digital whiteboards.$$$Create New Boardwork$$$In the welcome screen click the new button Boardwork:$$$Or at any time later use the File menu or the Quick Menu to create a new boardwork:$$$Boardwork pages are optimized for screens with a 16:9 aspect ratio. If you e.g. want to show it on a beamer with 4:3 aspect ratio; you can change the aspect ratio in the Page Settings dialog:$$$$$$Your whiteboard has another aspect ratio? No Problem. Just use the setting that is closest. The boardwork will automatically be adjusted to fit the available space.$$$Choose Interactions$$$Start as with any other worksheet by adding items from the Item Bar or content from the Content Browser.$$$For boardwork you can additionally use the Interaction Menu to change the interactions for your items.$$$Initially items do not have interactions. They are configured as unmovable; visible at start and no visibility toggle.$$$The Interaction Menu 2026_2_boardwork-interaction-toolbar is located in the upper left of the currently selected boardwork page. A small orange dot at the icons 2026_2_boardwork-interaction-toolbar-changed informs you about items on the current page with added interactions.$$$$$$Click one of the icons to switch to the respective edit mode. Now the interaction icon is shown next to each item on the page. Click it to change the interaction for the item$$$You can combine interactions as desired.$$$More Improvements and Fixes$$$ In addition to the above we made the following fixes and improvements:$$$•Opening a worksheet with missing image data no longer leads to a crash but shows an error message.$$$•On Mac opening a worksheet from Finder sometimes did not hide the welcome screen. We fixed this.$$$•We solved an issue with the recently used worksheets that could occur due to very slow access on no longer available worksheets.
