New Features$$$• N/A$$$Fixed Issues$$$• Resolved issue where the wireless conferencing camera did not work on Windows 11 version 24H2. $$$Known Issues$$$• Certain UC applications (such as Cisco WebEx) require the video capture mode to be set to Microsoft $$$Media Foundation to enable the conferencing camera to work properly. Refer to the UC application’s$$$documentation for details. $$$• The time and time zone must be set correctly on the laptop for certificate validation to ensure $$$successful connections.$$$• It will generally take 3-5 seconds to start the virtual extended display on laptops that meet the $$$recommended specifications; but this can take more than 10 seconds on some laptops.$$$• Certain laptops with AMD Ryzen 5 processors may experience audio drops during presentations due $$$to issues with WiFi drivers.$$$• Certain elements within the app may not be translated correctly when using certain languages. This $$$will be addressed in a future update. $$$• Occasionally muting and unmuting presentation audio can cause the volume to change when $$$unmuting from the app.$$$• If intermittent audio is heard when presenting from a Windows laptop; ensure your audio device $$$drivers are up to date. If intermittent audio is still observed after updating audio drivers; it is $$$recommended to install the peripheral driver package and start Wireless Conferencing through the $$$AirMedia application. $$$• A several second delay may be observed when initially connecting to an AirMedia receiver with $$$Wireless Conferencing enabled if the AirMedia peripherals have been installed.$$$• It is recommended to allow the Wireless Conferencing session to fully disconnect prior to starting $$$another Wireless Conferencing session on a different device.$$$• Depending on the laptop system configuration; it can take varying lengths of time to start or stop $$$Wireless Conferencing. After starting Wireless Conferencing; it may take 10 or more seconds for the $$$virtual device to be available in conferencing applications. $$$• When using Wireless Conferencing; users should set the ‘When User Locks Screen’ option in the $$$AirMedia sender app to ‘Nothing’ to avoid disconnects. $$$• For Windows 10 N users; the following steps must be taken to enable Wireless Conferencing $$$peripheral support: Select the Start button; then select Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Optional $$$features > Add a feature. Then locate the Media Feature Pack in the list of available optional $$$features. Install Media feature pack.$$$• Wireless Conferencing users should maintain an active presentation when using Wireless $$$Conferencing (users should not dock or pause their session).$$$• Due to a known Microsoft Windows issue; ‘Error starting Wireless Conferencing’ messages may be $$$observed after a recent Windows Update. A reinstall of Wireless Conferencing peripheral drivers is $$$recommended if this error is encountered. See this article for more information.$$$• On PC’s with Intel AC 9560 MHz Wireless adapters; AirMedia Discovery may fail on the 5GhZ band $$$with WiFi Direct enabled.
