Absolute Secure Access Client x64 Version 14.50.17160
Secure Access Release Notes 14.50$$$$$$Apr 28; 2026Knowledge$$$$$$Title$$$Secure Access Release Notes 14.50$$$Content$$$Secure Access 14.50 represents a significant step forward in zero-trust security; led by the introduction of Comply to Connect - a powerful integration between Absolute Secure Endpoint and Secure Access that automatically enforces device compliance before any network connection is allowed and on a continual basis for network flow throughout the life of the connected session.$$$$$$Secure Access 14.50 delivers full support for OIDC and FIDO2 hardware tokens; in line with modern identity standards and enabling seamless integration with providers like Microsoft Entra ID; Okta; and Duo.$$$$$$This release also expands SaaS connector capacity; adds native Azure deployment support; and introduces several quality-of-life upgrades for both end users and administrators. Together; these features help organizations strengthen their zero-trust posture while reducing friction for the people who depend on Secure Access every day.$$$$$$ $$$$$$Comply to Connect: Prevent threats from unhealthy devices attempting to reach your secure applications. Comply to Connect automatically enforces the compliance policies youve already defined in Secure Endpoint; blocking non-compliant devices based on device health; geolocation; encryption status; anti-malware; OS version; and security application health. The result is consistent; resilient control over every endpoint in your environment without manual intervention. Comply to Connect policy triggers are available throughout the Secure Access policy function; allowing administrators to control both initial permission to establish a session as well as to supplement and enhance zero trust access policies to individual resources.$$$$$$OIDC (OpenID Connect) Authentication: Faster; smoother user logins with a more flexible and secure authentication protocol that works seamlessly across all major identity providers including Entra ID; Okta; and Duo.$$$$$$FIDO2 Hardware Token Support: Organizations requiring the highest levels of phishing-resistant authentication can now use physical or software FIDO2 security keys with Secure Access; unlocking compliance with modern zero-trust security mandates.$$$$$$Cross-App Single Sign-On via OIDC: Users sign-in once and move freely between authorized applications without repeated login prompts; reducing friction and help desk calls while maintaining strong security enforcement.$$$$$$Entra ID Group Names (vs. OIDs): Admins using Microsoft Entra ID can now manage Secure Access group policies using friendly; readable group names instead of cryptic object IDs - making policy configuration faster and far less error-prone.$$$$$$Fast Reconnect (all authentication protocols): When clients automatically fail over to an available server; users aren’t interrupted by credential prompts. This advancement delivers a seamless and secure experience during infrastructure maintenance that previously would have disrupted their workday.$$$$$$Remote Support Data Gathering: IT admins can now collect detailed diagnostic logs from client devices remotely through the Publisher - eliminating the need to physically access or walk end users through manual log collection steps.$$$$$$Expanded SaaS Connector Scale: Enterprises of all sizes can now deploy up to 30 App Connector groups with 4 connectors each in the SA SaaS environment giving large organizations the capacity to support many data center sites including private clouds; many private application endpoints; and tens of thousands of users withhigh performance and reliability.$$$$$$Azure Connector Support: Customers with workloads in Microsoft Azure can now deploy Secure Access connectors directly from the Azure Marketplace; simplifying setup and leveraging their existing cloud infrastructure at no additional licensing cost.$$$$$$Cloud Init Connector Configuration: Connector provisioning is now standardized through Cloud Init; a widely supported file-based appro

Mersive Solstice Client x64 Version 6.3.38683
6.3 // March 2026$$$The Solstice 6.3 release contains bug fixes for Pods currently running Solstice version 6.2 or earlier.$$$$$$Important$$$Mersive strongly recommends upgrading Pods to software version 6.3 to benefit from the latest security updates and important performance enhancements. Read this Mersive Support article if you are upgrading Solstice version 4.4 or earlier to Solstice version 5.5 or higher.$$$$$$RESOLVED ISSUES$$$PowerPoint slide advancement refresh fix for the Mersive Solstice client for Windows$$$A delay in PowerPoint slide advancement could previously be seen while using the Mersive Solstice client due to OS screen refresh changes that were hindering the client from screen-scraping PowerPoint effectively. Changes included in the 6.3 Mersive Solstice client for Windows improve this user experience and allow for a smoother transition between slides.$$$$$$It is not advised that users enable the added Mersive Solstice client option Extended Presentation Mode (located under Settings > Control; this setting is off by default and requires added video conferencing drivers); as that feature utilizes a virtual monitor where the slide advanced experience may still be impacted.$$$$$$API to retrieve licenseStatus now returns correct values indicating license status$$$The m_licenseCuration API call that can be used to retrieve the licenseStatus was previously returning a value of 2 = License OK for expired subscriptions. In version 6.3; it now returns a value of 3 = License Expired.$$$$$$Updated SSL Certificate for use with share.mersive.com$$$The hardcoded SSL Certificate shipped on Gen3 Pods from the factory and used for communication with share.mersive.com has been updated on the Pod. The inclusion of this certificate will assist those who have a network block preventing the Pod from automatically downloading an updated certificate on its own from kepler-backend.mersive.com (which Pods on version 6.1.2 or higher are designed to do on bootup or every 24 hours).$$$$$$Improved handling of invalid SSL Certificates$$$Pod SSL Certificate management via Solstice Cloud improved to reject private/public certificate pairs which have non-matching MD5.$$$$$$AVAILABILITY AND REQUIREMENTS OF SOFTWARE UPDATES$$$Solstice 6.3 software upgrades are available for the following components of the Solstice product suite:$$$$$$Solstice Pod (Gen3)$$$$$$Mersive Solstice app for Windows$$$$$$Mersive Solstice app for macOS$$$$$$Visit mersive.com/download/ to access updates. A current Solstice Subscription is required to upgrade Solstice Pods to the latest version. You can schedule the latest software update for your Solstice Pods using Solstice Cloud. For optimal compatibility and performance; Mersive recommends using the same version of Solstice to connect between the Mersive Solstice app and the Solstice Pod.

Mersive Solstice Client x64 Version 6.2.37919
6.2.2 // May 2025$$$The Solstice 6.2.2 release contains performance improvements for Pods currently running Solstice version 6.2 as well as Active Learning and the Solstice web app.$$$Resolved Issues$$$Digital Signage Screen May Freeze on Gen3 Solstice Pods$$$A 6.2.1 update to the Pod Chromium software used by Gen3 Solstice Pods to display a Digital Signage feed could cause the Solstice welcome screen to freeze randomly. This Pod Chromium software update has been rolled back to the version that was previously included in Solstice 6.2.$$$$$$CAUTION: Digital Signage providers such as Appspace or Carousel may interpret a Chromium version downgrade as a new device; and require the Pod to be unregistered and manually reregistered after upgrading to version 6.2.2 or above from 6.2.1 (this will not impact older Solstice versions). Re-registering such devices cannot be done remotely; the Appspace or Carousel Digital Signage registration code presented on the attached display after a Pod bootup must be read in person. Please keep this in mind when upgrading a Pod from version 6.2.1 which is currently running an Appspace or Carousel Digital Signage feed.$$$$$$Custom Message or RSS Feed Fails to Display on Welcome Screen$$$A configured Custom Message (Message Center settings in Solstice Cloud) previously failed to display after an update to Solstice version 5.5.2 or higher when the default Solstice Wireless Display RSS feed is disabled. There is no longer a need to use the previously published workaround of adding an RSS feed after the disabled default feed with the Source address http://mersive.com/blank.xml. If a previously enabled blank feed was being used; the admin may now delete the blank feed after updating the Pod to 6.2.2.$$$$$$HTTPS Redirect to Hostname Not Fully Working$$$An issue was reported where attempts to connect to the Pod via the HTTP web interface using the Pod’s IP address would not redirect to HTTPS and show the hostname if these settings were enabled on the Pod. With this release; Pods will now correctly respond to HTTPS redirects to hostname.$$$$$$License check failure for Pods entitled to maintenance releases$$$Pods could report an error on the display post bootup that indicated Installed software is not licensed and instructions to downgrade the Pod to a supported version. This could occur if the Pod did not download an updated Solstice versions lists; as well as an updated Pod license with current Subscription information; during the allotted time provided during Pod bootup. The 6.2.2 version and future versions will help prevent this issue by coming pre-packaged with a list of supported Solstice versions which can be referenced during the bootup sequence even if the Pod cannot establish a network connection in the time allotted during bootup. The Pod will now also re-attempt to download the Pod license a second time soon after the bootup sequence and reboot the Pod to apply it if a newer license is found.$$$$$$Enablement of setting “Disable ICMP Pings to the Pod”$$$The security feature “Disable ICMP Pings to the Pod”; which is a Pod feature that is not enabled by default; was not getting enabled when the admin would attempt to select the option. The 6.2.2 version has corrected this issue; enabling “Disable ICMP Pings to the Pod” will now successfully disable the ability to perform ICMP pings to the Pods over the wireless access point (WAP); wireless; or Ethernet networks.$$$$$$Availability and Requirements of Software Updates$$$Solstice 6.2.2 software upgrades are available for the following components of the Solstice product suite:$$$$$$Solstice Pod (Gen3)

Read this Mersive Support article if you are upgrading Solstice version 4.4 or earlier to Solstice version 5.5 or higher.$$$$$$Active Learning Enhancements$$$Retry Active Learning Connections When Dropped$$$If an Active Learning connection is dropped from a secondary display; the primary display will attempt to reestablish the connection. This update reduces the need for user intervention where before users would have needed to manually reestablish the secondary display connection.$$$$$$Active Learning Hardened Against Connection Freezes$$$Multiple connection/disconnection sharing activities during a single Active Learning session could previously result in the session freezing unless reset. With this release; Active Learning was improved to prevent intermittent freezes under these conditions.$$$$$$Web App Enhancements$$$Audio Volume Auto Adjusts During Web Share on Windows$$$Clientless web-based sharing to the Pod of videos containing audio abnormalities will no longer attempt to accommodate by adjusting the volume. With this release; audio volume will remain consistent throughout the sharing experience.$$$$$$Resolved Issues$$$USB to RS232 Adapter Not Shutting Off Displays$$$An issue was reported involving displays connected to Pods via USB cable and RS232 adapters which prevented power management serial commands from being delivered to the attached displays. With this release; the serial signal sent from the Pod to the display has been altered to ensure the display is suspended or will wake based on the serial command sent.$$$$$$Scheduled Reboots Occurring at Random Times$$$Reports were received of scheduled reboots not taking place at their regularly scheduled times. Scheduled reboot functionality has been updated in this release to correct this issue.$$$$$$HTTPS Redirect to Hostname Not Working$$$An issue was reported where attempts to connect to the Pod via the HTTP web interface using the Pod’s IP address would not redirect to HTTPS and show the hostname if these settings were enabled on the Pod. With this release; Pods will respond properly to HTTPS redirects to hostname.$$$$$$PowerPoint Extended Presentation Slide Advancement Delays on Windows 11 24H2$$$A Windows 11 24H2 update was reported which can impact the Mersive Solstice client “Extended Presentation Mode” feature (not enabled by default). The issue prevented the client from adequately tracking PowerPoint slide advancement when viewed in Extended Presentation Mode. Corrective measures were added to the Mersive Solstice 6.2.1 client in order to accommodate the latest operating system changes.$$$$$$iPad AirPlay Video Frame Sharing Lag$$$Video content shared via AirPlay from an Apple iPad may appear choppy. Solstice Pod updates were made to the AirPlay sharing feature in order to help address the reported issue.$$$$$$New Mersive SSL Security Certificate for use with share.mersive.com$$$Solstice Pods on version 6.1.2 or higher reach out to kepler-backend.mersive.com in order to request updated default SSL Security Certificate used for share.mersive.com communication. This operation occurs automatically upon Pod reboot. Solstice Pod version 6.2.1 is packaged with a base default Mersive SSL Security Certificate which expires February 3; 2026. With version 6.2.1; an additional check was added every 24 hours. This eliminates the need for a Pod reboot in order to reach out and request; download; and apply a more up-to-date default SSL Security Certificate.$$$$$$Availability and Requirements of Software Updates$$$Solstice 6.2.1 software upgrades are available for the following components of the Solstice product suite:$$$$$$
