These recordings; along with their AI recaps; can be accessed by administrators and managers in the Archiving portal.$$$Note: During the Open Beta; AI Call Recaps may take up to two hours to appear after a call is completed. This feature aids in diagnosing call quality issues effectively. $$$CRM Popup Improvements: Enhancements to the CRM popup integration provide more flexibility and accuracy in searching for caller information in third-party CRMs. Users can now select the phone number format for CRM searches; improving the likelihood of finding the correct contact. Additionally; users can configure the CRM page to open automatically upon receiving a call or only when answering.

As of this release; the UNIVERGE BLUE® ENGAGE application will remember the last used Caller ID and apply that to the following call rather than revert back to the default Caller ID.
