Thales tokens are not detectable when using the UMDF2 driver; so this service enables silent redirection to the UMDF driver; making Thales tokens detectable again.$$$$$$* UMDF2 (User-Mode Driver Framework) is like a bridge between your computer and the devices you plug in (like printers; keyboards; or webcams). It helps Windows understand how to talk to these devices and use them properly.$$$$$$**The CCID USB driver is a software component that enables your computer to communicate with devices that use a CCID (Common Criteria for Information Technology Evaluation) card reader interface.
