To avoid issues where the chat was closed; screenshots are always saved to the Zoom directory in Documents and kept in the clipboard to paste optionally.$$$Pull Opt Out configuration using WMI$$$The setting on the thin client for Opt Out has been added to the WMI class for PluginInfo.$$$Policy to disable an MS Teams check related to HID$$$A new policy named CheckHIDControl has been added. Adding the policy and setting the value to FALSE will disable the check for the msteams process. Learn more about HID support and options to control checks for the VDI client. $$$Resolved Issues$$$General fixes$$$Limit the number of Custom Filter Files created by custom apps$$$Zoom Apps that create custom filters are now limited to only ten filters before older filters are overwritten. This change is to avoid excessive filters from being created for updates; such as displaying the current time. This issue addresses a change made in release 6.2.10.$$$Fix from standard Windows client to address unresponsive session$$$An issue initially reported for the standard Zoom Workplace client was fixed in release 6.3.0. The same problem was found to also affect the VDI Zoom Workplace client and could result in multiple users temporarily freezing during a Zoom meeting. $$$Zoom for Workplace VDI client crashing during meetings$$$An issue has been fixed with the video codec; causing the Zoom for Workplace VDI client to crash during meetings. $$$Windows fixes$$$Use case insensitive check for Universal Plugin keyword check$$$The Windows Universal Installer has been modified to use a case-insensitive check for existing keywords when installing.$$$Change to remove multiple dump files$$$A change was made to the sequence of events that process the collection and removal of log files to ensure the operation to remove a directory was completed before processing the next directory. Options for “Auto; On; and Off” under Audio settings ->Advanced provides users with the ability to follow the system settings for the selected device or enable/disable the feature from within Zoom. Disabling system audio enhancements can be useful to address unwanted noise suppression; such as allowing music to be sent as part of the call.$$$Improvements for “I am away” and “I am back” experience$$$Support has been added in the VDI Zoom Workplace client and VDI Plugin for a new improvement to the standard Zoom Workplace client. When selecting the option to display “I am away”; audio and video are automatically turned off. When changing the indication to show “I am back”; audio and video are restored to their previous state.$$$Broadcast host speaking (mic) from the main session to all breakout rooms $$$The Breakout Room host can now use a hotkey or UI element to send their microphone audio from the main session to all breakout rooms simultaneously.$$$Allow Users to Turn on Recording without Host$$$Meeting hosts now have an administrator setting that can be enabled to allow participants to start recording a meeting without requiring the admin to be present.$$$MacOS and Windows Features$$$Diagnostic support for the VDI Plugin Management app$$$The VDI Plugin Management application; optionally installed with the MacOS and Windows VDI plugin; has been updated with a diagnostics option. The same change has been applied to this patch release for VDI.$$$Potential crash condition for the VDI Zoom Workplace client $$$An issue has been fixed where the VDI Zoom Workplace client could terminate when launched. The problem was introduced in release 6.1.12.$$$Frozen share session video$$$A problem has been corrected for accounts that enable the new AV1 codec. In some cases a share session could be sent using the AV1 codec to an older VDI Plugin which resulted in the video freezing because the new codec type could not be decoded.$$$Windows fixes$$$Virtual Background support for Intel® Core™ 7 processor 150U $$$The VDI Plugin has been updated to enable virtual background support for computers with a motherboard based on the Intel® Core™ 7 processor 150U.$$$VDI Plugin Management Auto Update Repair Mode Loop $$$An issue has been addressed where a damaged VDI Plugin installation could enter into an endless repair loop. $$$Active Speaker Nametag not updating in Webinar and Events $$$A problem has been corrected where the nametag for the active speaker was either not updating or only updating after a long delay when session branding nametags were being used.$$$Mac fixes$$$SSL verification update when redirecting to another domain $$$A change has been added to handle SSL verifications for MacOS when a download URL redirects to another domain. For VDI plugins; the option to test applies to only Mac and Windows in this release.$$$Store emoji files in Appdata\local$$$To improve performance when using a roaming profile; the emoji files have been moved from AppData\Roaming to Appdata\local$$$Enhanced visual effects and background controls$$$Zoom is enhancing the Meetings experience by consolidating visual effect settings; making it easier for users to adjust their video appearance and backgrounds. Now; users can adjust lighting; add background blurs; virtual backgrounds; and more from one place.$$$Multi-share - View newest share tab$$$The Multi-Share feature allows participants to share multiple content items and types simultaneously in a meeting. The issue was found in 6.0.11 when using an iGel plugin in a VMware environment.$$$High CPU load with 2k/4k monitors with HP T630/T730$$$To address increased CPU load that affects meeting performance when high resolution monitors are connected to HP T630 and T730 thin clients; video resolution and frame rate are now reduced. Other thin clients with quad-cpus also benefit from this change.$$$Zoom Phone fixes$$$Monitor buttons not visible when user being monitored is an a call$$$When using the ability to monitor another user; an issue was discovered and fixed where the monitor buttons were not visible when the user being monitored was in a call.
