August 19; 2024 version 6.1.10 (45028)$$$Changes to existing features$$$Renamed Optimize for Video Clip to Optimize for Video Sharing for clarity$$$When sharing a screen during a meeting or webinar; users can optimize screen sharing for the best full-screen video experience. This feature; known as Optimize for video clip; has been renamed to Optimize for video sharing across the Zoom Workplace app; Web app; and Web Portal settings to provide clearer understanding of its function.$$$New and enhanced features$$$Meeting/webinar features$$$Meetings and Webinars capacity alert and live streaming guidance for hosts$$$Hosts that hold a license for the largest meeting or webinar attendee capacity; are made aware when a meeting or webinar is reaching capacity; so they can take measures and start live streaming to handle the overflow. When meeting or webinar capacity reaches 80%; hosts receive a prompt to start a live stream. At 100% capacity; another prompt appears; notifying hosts that the meeting or webinar is full and suggesting they start a live stream to accommodate additional attendees. These prompts only appear if the host is allowed to start a live stream and has not started one for the ongoing meeting or webinar. This feature ensures all attendees can participate in meetings and webinars; even if the capacity is exceeded.$$$Enable or disable Watch Livestream link for overflow attendees$$$Hosts can enable or disable the Watch Livestream link on the overflow dialog for attendees during a meeting or a webinar session. When a meeting or webinar reaches capacity; attendees have the option to watch the livestream if the host has enabled this setting. The default setting will be changed to enabled; allowing overflow attendees to automatically access the livestream. Hosts can disable this option if they prefer not to redirect attendees to the livestream. This feature provides hosts greater control over the overflow experience for attendees; ensuring they can participate in the meeting or webinar presentation.$$$Meeting features$$$Enhanced sharing ability of pre-attached assets in meetings$$$Users can effortlessly share pre-attached assets during meetings. This feature allows meeting participants to attach files in advance or reuse them for future meetings; enabling hosts and invitees to seamlessly integrate meeting assets into sessions. They can collaborate on a Whiteboard and open assets in separate tabs or native application windows; supporting various file types and cloud services for a streamlined sharing experience with minimal clicks.$$$Ability to automatically record to computer$$$If enabled by their account owners and admins; certain meeting participants and those with specific domains can record to their computers without needing the host to grant these access during the meeting. Previously; Zoom only allowed hosts to grant permission for users to record; requiring host intervention before a recording can start.$$$Ability to pre-configure upcoming breakout rooms during active breakout sessions$$$Hosts can pre-configure the next breakout room setup; including assigning participants to specific rooms; while the current breakout session is active. This feature enables a smoother transition between breakout sessions; as the next configuration is ready to launch immediately after the current session ends. Hosts can efficiently manage and prepare for subsequent breakout discussions; enhancing the overall meeting productivity.$$$Hosts ability to view presence and contact card for unattended meeting participants$$$Hosts can hover over attendees who have not joined a meeting to view their contact card and presence status. This allows hosts to quickly determine if an unattended participant is available or busy; enabling them to make an informed decision about using the Ask to Join button to call the participant into the meeting.$$$Webinar features$$$Improved consistency and clarity for webinar rescheduled and updated notification emails$$$Hosts and attend

July 22; 2024 version 6.1.5$$$New and enhanced features$$$General features$$$Enhanced contact invitation$$$Users can send contact invites with optional messages from the Contacts tab; Team Chat; and during a meeting.$$$Meeting/webinar features$$$3-dot menu for uniform multi-share features$$$To enhance presenter control over shared content directly from the meeting window; a 3-dot menu will be added to each shared tab. This update will ensure that presenters can access features such as Pause Share; Stop Share; and Share Computer Sound uniformly across all share types; significantly enhancing their ability to manage shared content during meetings.$$$Meeting features$$$In-meeting contact request with message$$$Zoom is simplifying the contact invitation process; making it easier for users to connect with external users directly during meetings. This enhancement includes the ability to send contact requests and add a brief message while in the meeting.$$$Persistent AI Companion toolbar access in meetings without hosts$$$Meeting participants will see the AI Companion buttons when a user joins a meeting without a host present. Previously; meetings enabled with AI Companion will not display the AI Companion features if the host is not yet present in the meeting.$$$Zoom AI Companion universal toggle for easy enablement$$$Account owners and admins of Zoom Workplace Pro accounts can enable several AI Companion features with a single click within the Workplace app and Web Portal settings. The single AI Companion admin setting will be available within the Workplace desktop app settings and Zoom Web Portal account settings. Users in the account still will be in control of when AI Companion gets used.$$$Ability to pre-approve users for automatic local recording$$$Account owners and admins can enable their users to automatically grant certain meeting participants and those with specific domains the ability to locally record without needing the host to grant these users access during the meeting. Previously; Zoom only allows hosts to grant permission for users to record; requiring host intervention before a recording can start.$$$Enhanced Meeting Summaries with OCR in Zoom$$$To improve the accuracy of the meeting summary; Optical Character Recognition (OCR) will now be used to refine the meeting transcript when generating the summary using the content shared on the users screen during the meeting. By converting images of text into a machine-readable text format; OCR makes it easier to extract and organize important information from the meeting. Releasing later this month; in-meeting chat messages (excluding direct messages) will also be used to refine the meeting transcript and provide additional context when generating the summary.$$$Webinar features$$$Warning when ending a Simulive webinar$$$Zoom addresses the issue of hosts unintentionally ending Simulive webinars by introducing a confirmation step in the desktop; mobile; and browser apps. A host doesnt have to be present in the webinar. It is important they use the Leave option when they exit the webinar; because if they end it; no attendees can continue to watch the simulive.$$$Team Chat features$$$Enhancements to keyboard shortcuts

Users can trigger manual presence changes through their Zoom app. Actions such as making a call or joining a Zoom Meeting will also change a users presence which will then be pushed and reflected in Microsoft 365 with this capability enabled. This feature will not be immediately available; as it is dependent on the External Presence Service; currently scheduled for June 28; 2024.$$$Enhanced ability to report application problems within the Zoom Workplace app$$$When a user clicks on Report problem; they can easily select the type of problem they would like to report and now have an option to include an attachment and capture a screenshot. Log files are now included with submissions by default (but can be excluded by a user). Diagnostic memory logs are now saved in encrypted form in both local storage and memory and are limited to 3 files that are 20 MB maximum in size each.$$$AI video features on NPU$$$The Zoom Workplace app for Windows is transitioning AI-related video features to run on the Neural Processing Unit (NPU); specifically for virtual background and portrait lighting. May 20; 2024 version 6.0.10 (39647)$$$$$$New and enhanced features$$$General features$$$Persistent More menu and global navigation behavior in the Zoom Workplace app$$$In the global navigation toolbar on the Zoom Workplace desktop app; users can click any item in the More menu to automatically pin it to the toolbar to keep frequently-used products available for quick access. Additionally; if you attempt to move all product tabs into the More menu; you will be notified that at least one tab must remain active.$$$Meeting features$$$Support for post-quantum end-to-end encryption for meetings$$$Post-quantum end-to-end encryption in Zoom Meetings is designed to withstand the threat of an adversary who can capture the encrypted network traffic; hoping to acquire a quantum computer in the future and use it to decrypt the captured data. As users upgrade their Zoom desktop and mobile app to version 6.0.10 or higher; all end-to-end encrypted meetings will start leveraging our latest post-quantum end-to-end encryption protocol. If PQ E2EE is unsupported by any participants device; the meeting will default to standard end-to-end encryption (E2EE) when enabled. Additionally; the user interface is updated so that when meeting participants click the shield icon in the meeting window; next to Encryption; they’ll see one of the following encryption labels: Enhanced; End-to-end encrypted; or Post-quantum end-to-end encrypted.$$$Onsite poll QR code sharing$$$Users can participate in polls seamlessly during a meeting by scanning a QR code displayed by the host; allowing both online and in-room participants to engage simultaneously. This update includes a browser pop-up for the QR code and options for manual sharing; significantly improving interaction and inclusivity in diverse meeting setups.$$$View custom disclaimer when AI Companion is enabled in a meeting$$$If enabled by an account owner or admin; meeting participants will see a custom disclaimer when an AI Companion feature is enabled in a meeting for the first time or when an AI Companion feature is set to auto-start. Following similar disclaimers in the Zoom platform; users will have the choice to leave or remain in the meeting.$$$Webinar features$$$Enhancements to webinar join experience and email collection$$$When the webinar host requires attendees to sign in to Zoom and chooses to collect email addresses for the attendee report; attendees will be prompted to enter their email. The email entered must match the address used to sign in to Zoom. This will ensure the accuracy of collected emails and provide a smoother join experience for webinar attendees.$$$Optimized video quality streaming for simulive webinars$$$Simulive webinars stream at the highest quality that each attendees device can handle. Previously; if one attendees device couldnt handle 1080p; the quality would downgrade for all webinar attendees. The video quality is optimized for each attendee based on their device and network capabilities. Users with sufficient bandwidth and processing power will consistently receive 1080p quality.$$$Team Chat features$$$Alert users of exceeding character limit while composing a message$$$To enhance the user experience; real-time notifications will alert users when they reach the character limit while composing a message in Team Chat; continuous meeting chat; and in-meeting chat. This will ensure that users are aware of the limit before attempting to send the message. Additionally; the real-time display of the character count deficit will enable users to promptly edit their message and adhere to the character limit.$$$Consistent unfurling support across in-meeting chat and Team Chat$$$The functionality of content unfurling in the in-meeting chat feature will now match that of Team Chat. This allows users to preview links shared in continuous meeting chat before opening them.$$$Mail and Calendar features$$$Improved calendar subscription control$$$In the Zoom desktop app; users can view others availability with
