About This Role

Do you thrive on connecting exceptional people with great opportunities? We are seeking a personable and driven Recruiter to join our team in Kirkland, Washington. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in building a diverse, high-performing workforce by identifying and attracting outstanding talent across the company—from senior leadership and C-level executives to critical roles across sales, marketing, engineering, and other functional teams.

As a trusted partner to hiring managers, you will develop a deep understanding of each team’s talent needs, proactively source and engage high-quality candidates, and guide them through a thoughtful and professional hiring experience. Your ability to build strong relationships, assess talent effectively, and manage the recruiting process with precision will directly contribute to shaping the future of our organization.

From crafting compelling job postings and conducting interviews to managing candidate communications and negotiating final offers, you will play a central role in delivering a best-in-class recruiting process that supports our continued growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the leadership team to understand the company’s strategic plan, product roadmap, and priorities, develop a hiring plan to align with these priorities, and work with finance to create a budget.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and engage top candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and provide strategic hiring guidance.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, such as social media, job boards, referrals, and networking events.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews and offer negotiations.
  • Set up, conduct, and manage comprehensive interview loops with appropriate Adaptiva team members to evaluate candidates' experience, capabilities and culture fit.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience as a Recruiter or similar talent acquisition role.
  • Ability to recruit across different functions (engineering, sales, marketing), and levels (C-exec to entry level)
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proven ability to assess candidate qualifications and match them to business needs.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • A positive, professional attitude and genuine enthusiasm for helping individuals grow in their careers.
