About This Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Operations Manager to own the systems, processes, and reporting that power our marketing team. This role will manage HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, AI tools, and the broader marketing technology stack to ensure seamless lead management, data integrity, and customer lifecycle operations. 

The ideal candidate combines strong technical and analytical skills with a process improvement mindset. They will build dashboards and performance reporting, optimize workflows across marketing and sales, and identify technology solutions that drive efficiency and growth.

What You'll Do  

  • Own and optimize the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, and related platforms. 
  • Translate business processes into scalable workflows, automations, and system integrations. 
  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards, reporting, and KPI tracking. 
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing technologies, vendors, and AI-powered solutions. 
  • Develop AI-driven automations and workflows to improve productivity and operational efficiency. 
  • Manage integrations and data quality across marketing and sales systems. 
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales Operations to align processes, data, and reporting. 
  • Document and improve marketing workflows, governance, and best practices. 
  • Build and optimize landing pages, forms, and campaign infrastructure. 
  • Drive user adoption through training, onboarding, and ongoing support. 
  • Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and AI to enhance marketing performance and scalability. 
  • Provide user enablement, training, and ongoing support for marketing systems, including new hire onboarding and change management. 

What We're Looking For  

  • 5+ years of Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations experience in a B2B SaaS environment. 
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, and marketing automation platforms. 
  • Experience building workflows, automations, and scalable marketing processes. 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, dashboards, attribution, and performance metrics. 
  • Track record of turning business requirements into effective systems and operational solutions. 
  • Passion for marketing technology, AI, and continuous process improvement. 
  • Experimental mindset with a willingness to test new tools, technologies, and approaches. 
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. 
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 – $135,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
