About This Role
We are seeking a data-driven and creative Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive prospect and customer engagement across the entire customer journey. As a key member of the Demand Generation team, you will develop, execute, and optimize lifecycle marketing programs across email, webinars, social media, and other digital channels to increase engagement, pipeline growth, customer adoption, retention, and expansion.

What You'll Do
- Own and optimize lifecycle marketing programs across email, webinars, social media, and other digital channels to drive engagement, pipeline growth, customer adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Plan, create, and execute high-performing campaigns, managing content calendars, production workflows, and campaign delivery from concept to launch.
- Leverage HubSpot Marketing Automation to build and optimize nurture programs, audience segmentation, personalization strategies, and customer journey workflows.
- Monitor campaign performance and develop dashboards, reports, and business reviews that provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Execute A/B testing and continuous optimization across content, design, targeting, personalization, and send timing to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Partner with Campaigns, Product Marketing, and Customer Marketing teams to develop and execute lifecycle strategies, nurture programs, communication cadences, and customer engagement programs.
- Design and manage end-to-end prospect and customer lifecycle journeys, ensuring seamless integration across marketing channels and effective lead progression.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through data, automation, and operational efficiencies.

- Experience using AI-powered marketing tools to enhance personalization, targeting, campaign performance, and operational efficiency.
- Experience managing digital marketing programs, including paid search (SEM) and paid social campaigns, to drive awareness, demand generation, and qualified pipeline growth.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, demand generation, marketing automation, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, and marketing automation platforms, including workflows, segmentation, personalization, nurture programs, and campaign optimization.
- Strong knowledge of email and lifecycle marketing best practices, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability, subscription management, and performance measurement.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience creating dashboards, reporting on campaign performance, and measuring pipeline impact.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing content and messaging for diverse audiences.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Collaborative self-starter who can build strong cross-functional partnerships and drive results.Experience marketing to enterprise IT and cybersecurity audiences preferred.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered marketing tools to improve personalization, targeting, campaign performance, and operational efficiency.
- Experience managing digital marketing programs, including paid search (SEM), paid social, and other demand generation channels, is a plus.

The annual base salary range for this position is $130,000 – $145,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
