About This Role
We are seeking an accomplished Head of Product Marketing to own the vision, strategy, and execution for our AI-driven Autonomous Endpoint Management suite and build the product marketing organization.
In this role, you will set the strategic direction for product marketing, overseeing brand narrative, ICP definition, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market focus across the organization. You will be part of a high-performing marketing team, driving alignment with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to maximize product adoption, market differentiation, and revenue impact. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with deep technical understanding, an ability to inspire teams, and a proven track record of translating complex technology into compelling narratives that resonate with enterprise IT and security audiences.
This role will report to the CMO and will be based at the company headquarters in Kirkland, WA.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the global product marketing strategy, including segmentation, ICP, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for new product launches, major releases, and feature enhancements, grounded in customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a small team of product marketing managers, establishing clear goals, career development paths, and performance metrics.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to translate technical capabilities, differentiators, and roadmap priorities into customer-centric narratives that inform all go-to-market initiatives.
- Oversee global product launch execution, ensuring adoption, differentiation, and measurable business impact across enterprise markets.
- Own and be the voice of the customer and the market into the GTM and product organizations, providing strategic customer insight.
- Establish and monitor department-wide product marketing KPIs, including product adoption, GTM effectiveness by segment, win/loss influence, and thought leadership impact.
- Develop and maintain high-value sales enablement programs, including pitch decks, battle cards, playbooks, and training, to empower field teams and partners.
- Drive the creation of compelling, customer-focused content across multiple channels, including case studies, website copy, campaigns, whitepapers, solution briefs, and event presentations.
- Lead analyst relations strategy and execution, including briefings, submissions, and positioning statements, to strengthen market credibility and influence.
- Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, providing insights on market trends, competitive positioning, and product performance to inform business strategy.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in B2B product marketing roles, with proven ownership of product positioning, messaging, and launches.
- Experience in IT operations, endpoint management, cybersecurity, or enterprise software, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into compelling, customer-focused narratives.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing product marketing teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proven track record of translating market insights into actionable strategies that drive adoption, differentiation, and revenue growth.
- Collaborative leader who inspires teams, builds consensus, and drives execution across marketing, product, sales, and customer success functions.
- Proven get-it-done experience working in fast-paced, small company environment where focus and execution drives success.

The annual base salary range for this position is $180,000 – $220,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
