About This Role

Do you excel at turning customers and partners into passionate advocates who drive business impact? We are seeking a world-class Customer and Partner Marketing Manager to define and execute strategies that strengthen advocacy, deepen engagement, and accelerate growth.

In this role, you will design and implement programs that cultivate customer loyalty, expand the partner ecosystem, and increase adoption, retention, and pipeline. You will leverage relationships with key customers and strategic partners to amplify brand awareness, enable co-marketing initiatives, and create advocates who champion Adaptiva’s solutions across the enterprise IT and cybersecurity landscape.

Working closely with the company’s leadership team and cross-functional teams in Marketing, Product, and Sales, you will position customer and partner marketing as a core pillar of Adaptiva’s go-to-market strategy. This includes developing scalable engagement programs, managing advocacy campaigns, and delivering insights that drive measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on execution - someone who can build high-impact relationships, develop programs that inspire advocacy, and translate partner and customer engagement into sustained growth and market expansion.

This role will report to the Head of Marketing, and will be based at the company headquarters in Kirkland, WA.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale customer advocacy programs, including case studies, video testimonials, reference programs, and peer-driven content that support Sales, Product Marketing, and GTM initiatives.
  • Plan and manage the Customer Advisory Board, designing engaging meetings and in-person events, capturing actionable feedback, and driving follow-through that informs strategic decisions and the product roadmap.
  • Strengthen Adaptiva’s presence on third-party review platforms (e.g., G2, Gartner Peer Insights) through structured review campaigns that enhance social proof and market credibility.
  • Define, track, and report on customer marketing performance metrics - including pipeline influence, engagement, advocacy participation, and ROI - to optimize programs and demonstrate impact.
  • Create compelling customer and partner-facing content, including briefs, webinars, email nurtures, and event collateral, all aligned with Adaptiva’s messaging framework.
  • Coordinate logistics for customer webinars and roundtables, including registration, invitations, speaker materials, and rehearsal sessions.
  • Support product launches by drafting announcement emails, coordinating timing, and providing enablement materials for sales and customer success teams.
  • Develop and execute joint marketing plans with strategic partners to drive awareness, pipeline generation, and co-sell opportunities.
  • Orchestrate joint events and webinars, crafting narratives that highlight Adaptiva’s integrated solutions with security partners.
  • Enable partner teams with training sessions, product updates, and competitive positioning for Adaptiva’s endpoint management and security solutions.
  • Support partner-aligned messaging for product launches, leveraging customer success stories and proof points.
  • Monitor and optimize customer and partner marketing programs, tracking metrics such as campaign reach, lead contribution, influenced pipeline, and co-sell conversion, and iterating programs based on data.
  • Build and maintain a partner enablement toolkit - including pitch materials, solution briefs, and product update resources - to align partner sales teams with internal messaging.
     

Requirements 

  • 5+ years of experience in customer and partner marketing within B2B enterprise software.
  • Exceptional storytelling, content creation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communicator with strong customer-centric instincts.
  • Proactive collaborator who builds trusted relationships and drives cross-functional execution

The annual base salary range for this position is $135,000 – $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
