Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing, strategic, and growth-oriented Vice President of Sales – New Logo Acquisition to lead our efforts in driving new business and expanding Adaptiva’s footprint among enterprise and mid-market customers. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a scalable go-to-market strategy focused on net new revenue growth.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing and Growth Officer, the VP will lead and build a team of new logo Account Executives and work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align on target verticals, messaging, and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of enterprise AEs focused on new customer acquisition.
  • Own the new logo revenue and bookings numbers and consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
  • Develop a strategic GTM plan for penetrating target accounts across key industries and geographies.
  • Partner with Marketing to define pipeline generation strategies and lead conversion plans.
  • Establish and review metrics and KPIs to measure sales effectiveness, forecast accuracy, and pipeline health.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to refine messaging, value propositions, and sales tools tailored to buyer personas in IT, cybersecurity, and compliance roles.
  • Represent the voice of the prospect in product roadmap discussions and feedback loops.
  • Drive adoption of sales methodologies (MEDDPICC) and consistent data hygiene to ensure successful deal execution and qualification.

Requirements

  •  10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B software sales, with 5+ years in sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling new logo sales teams in high-growth SaaS or endpoint management and cybersecurity companies.
  • Deep understanding of modern sales cycles for complex, technical solutions sold to enterprise IT and security buyers.
  • Strong familiarity with the use of modern sales technology, including Hubspot, Salesforce, Sales Intel, 6Sense, Crossbeam, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, as well as ways to use AI to scale more personalized outreach to prospects.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.
  • Data-driven with strong operational discipline in forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a persuasive and influential demeanor. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-departmental teams
  • Experience working closely with Marketing and Product to drive aligned GTM strategies.
  • Must pass a background check and be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Preferred

  •  Experience selling endpoint management, patch management, or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Background in working with Global 2000 accounts or regulated industries (healthcare, financial services, government).
  • Based in the U.S. with ability to travel to customer sites and Adaptiva HQ as needed.

The annual base salary range for this position is between $150,000 – $180,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE $250K - $350K+). The range provided is broad and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as years of experience, skills, location, and other business needs.

The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus and/or commission, and very generous benefits.
