You will work closely with hiring managers, conduct interviews, and facilitate the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and the team. This position is based at our office in Kirkland, WA.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job postings to offer negotiations.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance in hiring decisions.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and status.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals to create a talent pipeline.
- Promote employer brand.
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience as a Technical Recruiter in the software development/information technology industry.
- Strong understanding of software development roles and technical skills.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring teams.
- Ability to assess and evaluate candidates' qualifications effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and various recruitment software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed in their careers.

The annual base salary range for this position is between $80,000 – $90,000. The range provided is broad and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as years of experience, skills, location, and other business needs.
The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a performance bonus and very generous benefits.
