About the Role

Adaptiva is seeking a dynamic and strategic Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Digital Advertising Manager with a strong background in digital advertising to join our innovative marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing account-based marketing strategies to our top target accounts worldwide to drive engagement and revenue growth. Your expertise in digital advertising will complement your ABM efforts, ensuring a seamless and integrated demand generation approach.

This is a full-time, exempt position, based at our offices in Kirkland, Washington. 

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities will include: 

Account-Based Marketing Strategy 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive account-based marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target account objectives. 
  • Collaborate with the global sales teams to identify key accounts, create personalized multi-channel campaigns, and drive engagement through the entire customer lifecycle. 

Digital Advertising 

  • Oversee and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring effective targeting and messaging. 
  • Utilize digital advertising channels such as display, social media, search, and programmatic to reach and engage target accounts. Work closely with the marketing leadership to select the best advertisements and channels to effectively promote demand generation campaigns.

Content Distribution 

  • Work with product marketing leadership to own and contribute to the development of a content editorial calendar. 
  • Develop and manage content distribution plans to ensure maximum reach and impact. 
  • Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and increase organic traffic. 
  • Write high-engagement social media content that reflects our brand’s voice and adheres to the company’s style guidelines. 
  • Recommend content promotion strategies for social media and digital channels, ensuring consistency across platforms. 
  • Monitor social media trends and engage with the audience to enhance brand visibility and reputation. 

Data-Driven Decision Making 

  • Leverage data and analytics to assess campaign performance, measure ROI, and make informed decisions for continuous improvement. 
  • Work closely with the analytics team to develop KPI’s and reporting mechanisms for both ABM and digital advertising initiatives. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with sales teams to align ABM efforts with sales goals, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. 
  • Partner with content, creative, and demand generation teams to create compelling and personalized content for target accounts. 

Technology Integration

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for our technologies in ABM and digital advertising, including 6Sense and HubSpot, and lead the integration of tools and platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness. 

Budget Management

  • Manage the budget for ABM and digital advertising initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum impact. Work with Marketing leadership to review progress against budget and ROI impact for ABM. 

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.  MBA is a plus. 
  • Proven experience in account-based marketing with a track record of over 5 years’ experience leading successful demand generation campaigns at a technology company. 
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, strategies, and best practices, as well as experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, 6Sense and Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

The annual base salary range for this position is between $115,000 - $135,000.  Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
